Hi, recently I moved to a new place (actually it`s the same apartment but a different flat) Monday was my installation date. I installed correctly but there is no internet conection since then. I know my internet grid is not active (KPN) because I had the same problem when I installed the modem in my first flat. Then an operator fixed it from the box on the street by activating the connection. So again, an operator from KPN should activate the internet for my new flat too. Is it possible to arrange this?
