Hello, I signed a contract for a fixed network with T-Mobile over two months ago on November 18, 2022. However, the installation of optic fiber in my apartment has not been completed yet and I am not receiving clear answers from any T-Mobile operator. Initially, I was told that the installation would be completed by December 20. A couple of weeks ago, I've been told that the installation will happen between January and February. Honestly, I am not willing to wait any longer. Can you provide me with an exact date for when the network installation will take place?
