No internet - KPN problems

Hello, 

 

I received the visit of the T-mobile in my house to install the modem and the other equipment. However, he said that there is no signal coming from KPN equipment and they should contact me within 24h to schedule an appointment and solve the problem. I didn't receive any contact from KPN and I am still without internet. 

Could you please, verify my request as soon as possible?

Hello @wifiwifi 

It can take up to 5 working days for KPN to contact you, I'd suggest to wait and hopefully they'll contact you before the weekend.

@Lisa , please could be possible to have a data voucher for 7 days while I wait to fix this problem with KPN? (to be used with a T-Mobile simcard as a hotspot).
