I moved houses in beginning of December 2021, so I applied a move that takes effect by end of November 2021.
The move included fiber optics connection; which is a devil in disguise, a sales trap, or simply shows T-Mobile’s incompetency!
I survived on 7-days mobile internet vouchers, so using my phone hotspot constantly for working, watching TV, etc. On 13/05/2022, the fiber optics team gave me a small router with internet SIM as a temporary solution. I am still using this temporary solution until today & it is still dragging. Note that the signal is very weak and only covers 1 room.
I’ve called customer service numerous times, they keep on giving me phone numbers of the contractors, subcontractors, KPN network, and other companies of which I shouldn’t talk to because I am T-Mobile customer!
Also, I’ve sent many emails to complain and reminders because they never answer.
last but not least, why to keep on bombarding us with fiber optics ads, billboards, moving stations and much more if you are not able to deliver the service anyway??
I am looking into the option of moving to Ziggo or KPN, because T-Mobile clearly doesn’t honor their contracts/promises :-)
