Convert postpaid to home internet

Hi,

 

Currently, I have unlimited postpaid plan and now I want to convert it to Home Internet. Could you please let me know how can I to do so.

Hi,

You simply can’t convert your postpaid mobile plan to home internet. You have to order the home internet and cancel the mobile subscription which is possible after the first 1 or 2 years, depending on what you choose when you subscribed.
