since yesterday I have got a red light on my dsl modem without having any internet connection
I have tried to restart the model several times but in vain.
please assist since I am working from home and can't be left without internet

I immediately checked your connection, but luckily I can see that the modem is online for about two days now. I am guessing that the modem experienced a little hick up. If that happens again please restart the modem, and check the cable that is connected to your wall unite. For now, I want to wish you a great day!
