no internet connection at 5629KC

Today suddenly my connection stopped around 13:45. I tried to restart my modem however the internet light is red.

Do you have glasvezel or DSL?

T-mobile are not having any issues with internet. Maybe it could be something on the KPN network, are more people in your area experiencing this issue?

Isn't there anything mentioned in your T-mobilethuis account under actuele storingen? Does removing the power from your mediaconverter and/or modem for a few minutes help?

Finally, I was able to reach the customer service and they helped me to fix my problem. I restarted the black box for fiber connection and it solved my issue.
