Bundle not working all the time?

I have the unlimited eu and nl bundle, from what i understand i should be able to call another phone number from eu for free, yet in my app i have additional costs.. why is that ? For the same number sometimes is shows that i have to pay 0 and other times it charges me

Hi Coffeehouse120,

With your subscription you have Unlimited calls in NL & from EU to EU. However from NL to EU you have 120 minutes to call. I would like to suggest to wait for your invoice so we can check which numbers are charged. If the costs aren't correct we will make sure to correct them ofcourse!
