Contract period

Recently i bought a new unlimited data sim-only contract from T-mobile(Rotterdam). I told three times that i want a one year contract. But when i checked from My Tmobile app, I realised i have a 24 months contract.

plus, i am paying for something named EXTRA VEILIG ONLINE. i didn’t ask or want that extra security.

Why i am paying for the stuff i don’t want or ask?

How can i fix this?

Thank you for joining the T-Mobile family!

Don't worry since you have a Sim Only subscription I was able to change your contract term to 12 months. I also deleted the Extra Veilig Online bundle so I hope you’re happy with this solution. If I can be of any more assistance, please let me know!
