Residence permit number problem

Hi,

I’m trying to make a subscription for T-Mobile. On page “Mijn gegevens” I need to choose residence permit type and fill the “Documentnummer” field.

I have “Type I” permit, but it seems that my document number is wrong. I got “Geen geldig documentnummer ingevoerd” message after pressing “Volgende stap” button.

How can I fix it? I tried my v-number with/without letters and general number on the front side of my permit. Thanks in advance

I'd like to check this for you! Do you already have a contract with us, or is this a whole new account? I’ll send you a private message with an e-mailaddress, could you send a copy of your residence permit to this address? I can then check what I can do for you!
