I couldn't connect our Smart TV to Wifi

Our internet connection was installed last Wednesday. All devices (phones,tablets) in our house can connect to Wifi. However, our TV couldn’t connect. It shows IP setup failed. I have tried all the troubleshooting that I know. I had reset the TV also, turn the the modem on and off. 

IP address , gateway, DNS Server shows 0.0.0.0. 

Could you please me to fix this issue?

Hello @Calix 

Do you have Fiber with a Zyxel-T54?

You could try to log in in the web interface via 192.168.1.1 with admin and the Login Password behind the router, turn 5 GHz off in WiFi instellingen and try to connect.

Another option is go to the menu, netwerkinstellingen, draadloos and you'll see beveiligingsmodus at the bottem, choose WPA2-PSK and save it.
