TP-Link Archer AX73

Hi,
I tried to connect my TP-Link Archer AX73 but failed. It says WAN error. I have set it to Dynamic IP, DHCP enabled etc. What could be going wrong?

Hello @bobbyj87 

Do you have internet only or internet and IPTV?

For internet you need to configure VLAN 300 somewhere under the advanced settings.

IPTV could also work with only VLAN 300 configured or you'll need VLAN 640 aswell for IPTV depending on if you have T-Mobile TV or interactieve tv.

You can also share a picture of the IPTV/VLAN tab if you don't know what to do.

If you log in to the web interface and look under advanced, network do you see a IPTV/VLAN tab? There you need to fill in VLAN 300. You can also post a photo of the tab if it's confusing.

IPTV mode custom, VLAN 300

All ports internet

IGMP proxy and snooping off

IGMP version V2

It should work now after apply and restarting your router 👍

 

randomly entered VoIP and IPTV….but it seems to work….thanks @Waqqas

Oh yeah sorry I forgot to mention, IPTV VLAN and VoIP VLAN cannot be left empty otherwise it won't work 😅.
