Wi-Fi not working

Hi, Today was the installation date for my subscription (my client number: UUN88468)

I tried several time to install the modem Zyxel T-54 by myself. This is on but I’m not able to connect my devices to internet, always says ‘'connected without internet'.

Please, help me! Can I get in touch myself with a technician as soon as possible?

On the 3rd picture the green phone cable needs to be plugged in the grey DSL port on the left.

Also you are not connected to the main KPN ISRA, please look for any of these :

Hi, I checked with the previous tenant and he had the modem in the same location.

Could I ask with someone from the customer service to solve the issue?

A moderator could send a technician if you cannot locate the ISRA point, have you also had a look in the fusebox? Maybe you'll only see a cable in blue mantle. You can also have a look in the crawling area for the cable. You can also find a telephone cable if you are living in an appartment.

That's good to hear! It's normal that the internet light is flashing, it means that data is being sent and received.
