Delete account

I couldn't login into my T-Mobile account, so I created a new account. But, later, I could login into my old account.

So, how can I delete that new account? I really need to delete that account, but it seems not possible :(

I would gladly check what happened and how we can fix the situation. Could you send me your 06-number, address, date of birth and last four digits of your IBAN via PM?
