No update on internet delivery

We ordered our TMobileThuis on the 10th of February and have not received any update at all regarding when we shall finally get our wifi. Of course, there are delays regarding postNL, but we are just wondering if we can get an estimated date on when we will be able to connect? As currently we can only use the internet via my (TMobile) 4g. Thank you for any help!

If you look in your my T-Mobile thuis account what does the status say?

Maybe the network operator needs to do something first.

Thank you for an answer! It only says that we have chosen TMobile Thuis, and that they will start applying for the services as soon as possible. “We starten zo snel mogelijk de aanvraag van de diensten voor bij jou thuis.”.
