Hello. I have a problem with one website. It cannot be opened. I did the test and the fault is on ODIDO side.

I have internet from Odido and I can open the website without any problem.

The error you are getting can be solved by using another webbrowser, using another device, restarting the router, cleaning your cache or deleting cookies.

Hallo. Ik heb alles al gedaan. Ik heb andere browsers gecontroleerd. Het probleem ligt aan de kant van ODIDO. Uit de test blijkt dat de retourinformatie verkeerd wordt doorgestuurd of dat het adres niet actueel is. ODIDO moet het webadres resetten, wijzigen of bijwerken. Sorry voor mijn Nederlandse taal. Ik probeer het maar het lukt niet altijd

Are you sure you have an Odido thuis abonnement like Waqqas? When I look at your trace I see an adsl2.static.versatel.nl. that looks more like a Tele2 thuis connection.  That is totally different from Odido thuis. Tele2 thuis got their own forum.

Are you sure you have an Odido thuis abonnement like Waqqas? When I look at your trace I see an adsl2.static.versatel.nl. that looks more like a Tele2 thuis connection.  That is totally different from Odido thuis. Tele2 thuis got their own forum.

Dat is omdat adressen van Tele2 die niet werden gebruikt ook worden ingezet voor Odido ;).

Just like @Waqqas I can reach the website on my own Odido connection perfectly fine.The trace that you made also comfrims there is no problem within the Odido network. After hop number 4, you are already left the ododio network and entered the network in Poland. Which means there is no problem within the Odido network. Otherwise the trace would be stuck on hop number 3. 

This seems to be a problem on the end of the site/hosting party in Poland. Sorry for the inconvenience but there is nothing we as Odido can do about that.

Als ik mobiel internet aanzet met Odido, is er geen probleem met het openen van deze website

Most likey your ip address is blocked somewhere on the Poland network. Or they dont know the route back to your connection.

Dat bevestigd bovengenoemde. 

Als zoals gezegd je verlaat het Odido netwerk en dan stop het. Wij hebben geen controle wat er daar buiten gebeurd. Dit probeem zit niet in ons netwerk maar in het netwerk van de provider in Polen.

Ok. Bedankt. Morgen ga ik naar mijn vriend die internet heeft van een andere operator en ik zal kijken of daar ook problemen zullen optreden. Zo niet, dan neem ik contact met je op
