Final bill settlement not received

I cancelled my Wifi Subscription with T-Mobile on 10th September 2022 and it’s been more than 2 months final bill is not settled and on website it shows as Paid. 

I called customer service multiple times but and they told I will receive money by Friday (2nd December 2022) but today is 5th and amount is not yet credited to my account.

Hi @Manoj Fulwani, thanks for posting a topic about this, this is certainly solvable! I am also surprised that you have not received the final settlement yet. I am determined to quickly transfer the money for you and that is why I have opened an inquiry for the financial department with the specific request to manually transfer you the funds. Usually it takes them about a week to handle the inquiry. 

I'll keep a close eye on it for you to make sure that you get what you deserve, this will be the final chapter!
