Customer benefit not applied

I have a tmobile basic internet at home. Recently I got a tmobile mobile subscription at the same address.

Now i see that i will receive discount because of 2 subscriptions at the same address but my recent home internet bill still shows the old amount.
What can we do about it ?

In the screenshot it says customer benefit is active.

Is there any other step that needs to be done ?

Hello @Jaithehulk 

When exactly did you get a mobile subscription and activate it for klantvoordeel? From that moment your klantvoordeel benefits will start.

For your T-Mobile thuis bill it will not show klantvoordeel for the period before you had 2 subscriptions activated for klantvoordeel.

As per the screen shot, can it be confirmed that the customer benefits have started? Because I didn't do any other work to start customer benefit.

Yeah, they are active now and you can also see what the benefits are for home and mobile.

Ok if it is active but the internet invoice generated for this month is without the discount.. So what should I do about it? Customer care number?

The missing klantvoordeel for this month will be corrected on the next invoice
