Final bill settlement

Hi..

I have cancelled my T-mobile subscription on October 4th 2021. In the bill for November I received the bill stating that I have paid the full amount for october and it mentioned that I will get the money back. Since it is almost 2 months since the account was closed, I am wondering when the amount will be refunded to the account?
