Modem returned two weeks ago but received email money will be deducted

Hi.

I returned T-Mobile home modem box two weeks ago on June 4th via POSTNL. 

Today I received an email that modem has not be received and 75 euros will be deducted.

Return Code: 3SCFUS4988513

Please confirm that modem has been received an no money will be deducted.
