internet not working after unplugging the power

Hi,

My Internet doesn’t work anymore after I unplugged the power cable and plugged it again. the internet sign doesn’t even lit.

Tried several times but still not working.

It was working before you unplugged and was it right before you posted this or did it happen earlier?

Do you have glasvezel or DSL? Maybe try unplugging your mediaconverter and/or modem for a few minutes.

Is your network/DSL cable from your mediaconverter/ISRA connected to the wan/DSL port?

Hi @Waqqas

It works again after waiting for 45 minutes. It’s a DSL. Not sure what was the problem, but it took awhile to get the Internet running again.

Maybe a problem on the KPN network but great that its working again!
