Using DSL internet connection while waiting for fiber optics connection

I just got a new T-Mobile Thuis subscription and have not been given a timeframe for fiber optics installation. The customer service is terrible and not helpful whatsoever. Apprently the fiber optics connection has to take more than two months, so I would like to connect to DSL in the meantime. Is this is possible, and can it be done ASAP please? I need internet in my home and can not afford to work without it as I do have to work from home. This is unacceptable.
