why is the internet speed too slow?!

Hi,

Since almost two months or so, I'm having problems with the internet connection.  Not just me, but also some other friends who are using Odido. The connection is slow on the mobile data and on the house internet as well.

 

I've contacted the customer service many times, but every time they tell the problem will be solved! But till now I still grt dropped out of meetings and also I still get breaking in video streaming!

 

Who is also having this problems?

No, thanks for the help, I don't pay a monthly subscription to turn myself into a technician solving problems, I want my problems to be solved by the company not by me!

I’ll just change the company and go with Ziggo.

In most cases the problem happens because of a fault in the installation at home or maybe it could be a hardware problem.

I have not changed anything at home, and if it's a hardware problem,  they should have replaced the router but no sign of cooperation! My money would buy me a better service elsewhere
