Goedemorgen, komt dat bedrag op de huidige factuur van het 'oude ' abbonnement of in de eerste factuur van het abonnement Want zo lees ik het dan weer op het overzicht.

De kosten komen op je eerstvolgende factuur van je huidige abonnement. Je nieuwe abonnement gaat pas in nadat deze is afgelopen en dat is op 2 januari 2021. Heb je zo meer duidelijkheid? Als je nog vragen hebt, let me know!
  • Je huidige, lopende abonnement niet is begonnen als Early Renewal. 
     
  • zou je voor mij kunnen nagaan of dit op dit moment wel het geval is bij mij?

Welkom op de Community, dit ga ik uiteraard voor je uitzoeken! Jouw abonnement is op 06-02-19 ingegaan met een Early Renewal. Op dit moment kun je dus geen Early Renewal afsluiten Heb je zo voldoende informatie? :smile:

Kan een early renewal ook gebruikt worden als er gebruik wordt gemaakt van een tussenbedrijf, zoals mobiel.nl, bij het nieuwe abonnement?

Dus ook niet voor een tablet? Want heb daar wel een apart abonnement voor. 

Hallo @MARCELLATM, voor een tablet abonnement kun je ook gewoon een Early Renewal afsluiten! Dit kan alleen via onze salesafdeling door te bellen naar: 0800-0092. Dit kan van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 08:00 tot 21:00u en op zaterdag van 08:00 tot 18:00u. Zij helpen je graag!

Hello, I have a relatively new sim only plan but I wanted to avail of a phone. I tried to extend my plan online and I was able to do so. Was that option a glitch or am I already eligible to make this change?

Dat zul je aan dat tussenbedrijf moeten vragen. Die maken afspraken met t-mobile wat voor soort abonnementen zij kunnen verkopen en wat zij er dan aan verdienen.

Switching from a sim only to a subscription with a phone is possible from 30 days after the start of your sim only. This is called toestelflexibiliteit.

Thank you for your response! So when I was able to extend my plan online and receive an order confirmation, they aren’t valid since I already am beyond 30 days since the start of my contract?

is mijn huidige abo gestart als early renewal?

What is not valid anymore?

After 30 days you can choose to extend with a subscription plus phone whenever you want.

Your sim only will expire and your new contract will start straight away.

Dit kan ik voor je controleren. Zou je mij via een privébericht door op mijn naam te klikken jouw 06-nummer kunnen sturen en je volledige adres, geboortedatum en laatste vier cijfers IBAN? Dan kan ik je daar meer duidelijkheid over geven.

I have a subscription that was ending in July and yesterday i renewed through the website for another 2 years for the same program and also chose a device.

I received an email that is confirming my order ,with the amounts i have to pay etc and i will get a message when my order is ready for pickup from my store of choice.

My question is ,will i see anything different in the app/website regarding my new subscription? because at the moment i see the same tariffs that i had before , guess those will change by the end of current contract?and by then i will start paying for the phone or the amount will be from the next invoice?

Sorry for the english but my Dutch are not that good (yet)

If you have renewed your subscription, you can also see your new subscription in your My T-Mobile account: https://www.t-mobile.nl/my/abonnement-en-instellingen and also see exactly when it starts. From this start date, your new subscription will take effect and you will also pay the new rate.

Good morning and thank you very much for your response.

I just checked the link that you provided me but i can see only the one i already have and i do not see the new one .

I did the renewal on April 17 ,maybe it needs more time in order to show up on my account?

I am also expecting a notification about the new mobile phone that i requested , when it will ready for pick up but i have no news yet.

Just checked in the app and the “renewal” option is not there anymore ,so i guess i did get my contract renewed.

In your T-Mobile account when you click on abonnement & instellingen you'll see 2 tabs, huidig and nieuw.

Under huidig you can see your current subscription and under nieuw you'll see your renewal.

i have only one tab “huidig”

Unless a mistake had happened through the app and it gave me the early renew ,way earlier due to the date i have on the page (July).

I have the email which i received and i can provide you with the order nr if you can check what is happening @Pharwin

Can you match the klantnummer in the email and the one in your T-Mobile account? Maybe you have ordered a new subscription and not a renewal.

@Pharwin geldt early renewal ook voor smartwatches?

Nee, voor smartwatches niet. Daar hangt geen normaal abonnement aan. Je kunt wel in de retail winkels zoals Mediamarkt,  apple shop etc.een nieuwe watch kopen en deze weer van de multi sim voorzien.

Hey @Paasei een Early Renewal geldt alleen voor mobiele abonnementen en is niet mogelijk bij een SmartWatch. Meer informatie hierover kan je terugvinden op onze website: https://www.t-mobile.nl/mobiel-abonnement/verlengen
