Are there connection issues in Berlicum (near Den Bosch)?

My fibre connection stopped working about 30 mins ago. Tried turning everything off and on again.

Everything to the router is fine. Ethernet from the router to the media converter is also fine. Media converter link lights also seem fine. Just no internet. Any ideas?

Hello @fletch.jeff1 

Try removing the power from your mediaconverter for about 10 seconds. check if the internetcable from your mediaconverter is connected to the WAN port of your modem.

Hi @Waqqas,

Thank you for the reply. As I mentioned in my message, I had checked the cable and turned the media converter (and everything else) off and on again. 

It started working again during the night. “Self correcting, undetected fault” is what I call them.
