Two step authenticator

I have a T-mobile account. This asks to log in via the Microsoft Authenticator app. However, I no longer have the information about this. Now I want to log in and it keeps asking for the code. So I can't get in anymore.

Can T-mobile change the 2FA in my account to an SMS code so that I can log in again?

Hi @melrockow98

I can help you with your request. You can send me a private message with your 06-number, name, birth-date, address and the last 4 numbers of your IBAN. I will delete your current account so you can create a new one and choose the option SMS when activating 2FA. 2FA is mandatory and therefore not possible to be switched off completely.

Looking forward to your message!
