Of course English is totally fine! If you have a subscription and you are not satisfied with it? Then you can cancel the subscription within 14 days without any consequences. Is the eSim not working properly? Then you can always exchange the eSim for a physical SIM card. Please let me know if there's anything else I can do for you?

Hoi Milch, van harte welkom op de Community! Tof dat je kijkt naar een eSIM bij ons. We hebben eSIM getest op buitenlandse toestellen en eSIM werkt. Maar houdt wel rekening met het volgende, voordat je eSIM aanschaft: mocht je wel problemen ervaren met je eSIM in dit buitenlandse toestel, dan kunnen we geen ondersteuning bieden.

Marciano, ik hoop dat het goed is om Engels te gebruiken. Mijn Nederlands is slecht. Daarom zal ik Engels gebruiken om de kans op misverstanden van mijn kant weg te nemen.

So in this case, where I signed up for a 1 year contract - how would that work? I believe Odido do not have any monthly plan, hence in the event that something goes wrong with my eSIM (and no support can be provided as you mention), will I still be allowed to terminate my 1 year contract early without penalty?
