No internet


Good morning,

I've just installed my internet modem but I have a problem. The WAN light is on, the Wi-fi light is on also, but the internet light still OFF. When I try to connect, it doesn't work.

Is there anything I can do?

Apparently your message didn't arrive in our inbox, i'm sorry about that! I've informed our technical department right away. As soon as we have more information, we'll contact you as quick as possible.
I think the problem is bigger than I thought. When I connect my router directly to the Modem (from KPN) on the ground floor, I do not get a Internet signal either.

Already ask to canel my contrat in order to change to a Mobile Internet/4G.

Everything is solved. The problem was on the mainline and KPN take care of it.
