Not received Modem

Good morning,
I asked for a move on 23rd of November and I received this from November 22 I have access to internet at the new place. I have been told that I will receive a new modem at the new place no later than a week before 23rd. Still I have not received the new modem at the new place. I was wondering when should I expect to receive it?

Hi Behdad,

I'm happy that you wanted us to move with you! I'd like to help you with your modem. The rules are changed, first you needed to send the modem back to us, but now you can take your modem with you to your new address. Did you sent your modem back already? If you didn't, you can install your 'old' modem directly. If you did, I can send you a new modem. Please let me know how I can help!
