Appointment cancelled

I was supposed to have a technician install my Internet on Friday but the appointment was cancelled and i dont know why.

Contacting over the phone seems Impossible.

Welcome to the Community! Apparently the old tenant/home owner cancelled their contract which interfered with our line connection. This has been picked up by the technicians and the cancellation should be revoked within 3 working days. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

Did you order a fiber connection? In that case do you have the installation package and is your installation date still the same?

I’ve got the package.  It’s a fiber connection but the appointment got cancelled and guideon doesn’t now why.
