Hi,

I have made an appointment with Guidion this Thursday. But I have not received the package yet. What should I do? How should I check the status of my order?

I've checked the status and it'll be delivered today around 3 PM. You can always check the current status by using the link in the Track & Trace code. PostNL sent you an email with this link. Good luck with the installation and stay safe!
