I ordered a new internet connection with the expected starting date of March 1st. Unfortunately I forgot to select the transfer service. Would be possible to still use it? I can’t see the option if log in to my account.

Welcome to the Thuis club and our Community! I’ll gladly add the transfer service to your contract. Can I please have 3 pieces of the following info in a private message?
-Current provider
-Contract ID/Customer number
-Last three digits of your bank account number on that contract
-Last name as it’s written on that contract (even if it’s misspelled)
-Telephone number on that contract
-Contract type: consumer or business? If it’s a business contract, we can’t add the transfer service to your account
