Tmobile home installation getting delayed.

Hi, I have requested for home internet connection and got an appointment for 29 April. But since I haven't received  the modem, I had to reschedule the appointment to 3rd May.  

Till now I haven't received any tracking number from Post NL. I am not sure whether the hardware for installation will be received by 3rd may.

Since I am working in IT, I am struggling here with the limited bandwidth and it's getting consumed very quickly.

Could you please help me here. I checked with customer care multiple times, but they are also not able to give an answer.
