TV box returned, but charged

Hi T-mobile,

 

As I canceled my subscription with the TV box, I sent it back, and confirmed that it has been delivered from PostNL Long time ago.

But I got a paper mail saying that it hasn’t been returned and I will be charged.

 

Can you please check this case?

The tracking number is 3SLFVZ701760555.

I only have online return receipt because I didn’t ask for a paper receipt.

Advice; Keep an eye on your bank account as Tmobile wil charge you and getting your money back could take months or more.

Wait for a moderator like @Brian@Jason or @Sander to solve this for you
