Cannot check my Thuis Internet status

From this link: https://www.odido.nl/service/bestelling/internet-tv/status

It tell I can check my order status at https://www.odido.nl/my/thuis/bestellingen

But whenever I logged in and click that link, I never arrive at that page. 
It keeps redirecting me to `mobiel` choose subscription instead: https://www.odido.nl/my/kies-abonnement

 

 


 

So, how do I check my Interner order status?

Also unable to visit; https://www.odido.nl/my/thuis/dashboard it redirect me to same `mobiel subscription` page isntead

Hello @ahmadmuhsink 

If both mobiel and thuis are on your name you can link the thuis subscription in your mobiel account via the abonnement/prepaid toevoegen button so you can see the status.

Still not working, it said nothing found when I add Internet with that button.

I immediately went to look for you and saw that your initials were wrong. I changed this for you and now you should be able to link your subscription. Click on “Abonnement toevoegen” and enter your details. Now you should be able to link it!

Still unable to add my Home Internet here. It says something about address, so that could be it.
I register it for my new address and already submit moving to the Odido system.

But still, weird that I cant check the order status.

Hey @ahmadmuhsink, ah I see, your mobile subscription is still at a different address than your Internet + TV subscription. I can't adjust that for you unfortunately, I only do Internet + TV subscriptions. You can create a new topic and put it in the right category under Mobiel -> Mijn Odido, or you can call our customer service for this on 0800-0092. Then you can have the address changed and then you can link your subscriptions!
