Internet not active

The contract start date is december 7 but the router came earlier, i installed it and all the lights are green except the one in the shape of the planet (internet connection). What can I do to have my internet connection activated before December 7th? Thanks in advance

Internet will work on the 7th of December but the moderators could check if that date can be a few days earlier if possible.

Happy to hear that you’ve ordered internet with T-Mobile Thuis! :smile: 

I’d love to activate your connection at an earlier moment. However, the network operator is already the biggest obstacle from being able to offer quicker activation times, especially within a week’s notice. I did not want to let you down and I’ve tried to move the activation date forward, but currently it is to no avail.

Although I would personally not count on it, if the network operator still manages to find a spot, you will automatically see the globe light activate on your modem and we will send you an automatic email to let you know that the internet has been activated.

Hopefully I can still get magic to happen for you!
