Not able to connect Almond+ as a wifi range extender

My Almond+ router which also work as a wifi range extender is not able to connect to the Odido wifi. I have also updated the software of my Almond+ and also did the factory reset. Still not working.

I will gladly help you further. Have you tried to turn off the bandsteering on your router? We always give you two networks, 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. The 2.4Ghz wifi connection works best for devices that are located a bit further from the router. On the other hand, the 5Ghz wifi connection works best for devices close to the router. At this moment, your router creates a one mesh network, which means that your devices chose themselves to connect to either 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz. You can turn this off, thereby creating to separate SSID’s. You can do this by logging into your router: http://192.168.1.1
