Cancel Subscription

I made a new contract yesterday and I chose the unlimited subscription because it said “unlimited calls in the Netherlands and Europe” however every time I call back in my family in Greece, I get extra charged. Hence, I want to cancel my subscription, I tried through the online form but it won’t let me choose a date for less than one year from now.

Could someone help?

Which bundle do you have now?

If you change your bundle via your Odido account to atleast unlimited basis than you can call to the EU (120 minutes). Unlimited premium is unlimited minutes to the EU.

I have the unlimited start. How do I change the bundle?

Open the app, tap on your subscription > abonnement > abonnement wijzigen and choose unlimited basis/premium.

Sorry I’m confused, since I have the unlimited start I can’t talk to EU? But it stated that it was part of the plan?

Calling in the EU to local numbers is indeed possible but calling to another EU country is now only possible with unlimited basis/plus/premium.
