Cancel Subscription after contract period

Hey guys , my girlfriend had a subscription billed from my bank account that ended on October 2021 , I am still being billed the standard monthly amount. The phone number is 0614*****

Name is Jenny Bongulto, we where under the wrong assumption that the contract ends by itself. Thank you

Hello @Matej 

Can you remove the phone number since this is a public community.

The contract doesn't stop automatically when your contracts ends, it gets renewed every month for an indefinite period until you submit a cancellation.

Keep in mind that there is a one month cancellation period.

I understand , so may I ask for cancellation or information how to cancel? My girlfriend has since moved to Spain and is not using the number at all. We would like to have it cancelled as it is just a waste of money , 

 I thank you for the quick response in this matter

Oh no I managed to cancel it online no worries :) all done now, the link provided was the deal.... Thank you all for the assistance , could not find it by myself for the love in me
