Credit not received

Hi, Last week I spoke with an advisor and was told I would receive a credit but it hasn't been added to my account yet. Can you please help me?

Hello @Barbara Puky 

The amount that will be paid back is normally settled with the next invoice.

I have a prepaid account so I don’t get an invoice.

Hi Barbara, I see that my colleague indeed gave you a credit. It's possible it could take a bit for it to show up on your dashboard, but I see that it was done later that evening. Is everything okay now? 😊

Yes, thank you. I couldn’t believe it when I finally got a human advisor from Izzi’s chat window. That is a near-impossible feat.
