I received an mail today to activate my eSIM plan as per my extended subscription. However, while going through the process, I looked away from my phone for a few seconds, and the display turned off. Thus, the eSIM activation failed, and I am now left with a turned-off mobile plan. I want to fix this issue as soon as possible because I need to use the mobile plan tomorrow. I can’t go to a nearby Odido store as they are closed already. Can anyone also help me with this issue?
