cant add internet subscription to odido app

I find my address, verify birthday and 4 digit code via email, but I get a message

Er is een fout opgetreden probeer later nog eens. 
 

I tried several times and several days later. I always get the same message. 
 

I called and spend about two hours with an agent. Still no solution. 
 

Can someone solve it from here?

@ionathan Good that you try again here. I will gladly help you further. You can only connect the accounts if they are registered under the same name, are yours? We can verify this by looking at if your initials, date of birth, zip code, and house number all match. Can you send me the 06-number, name, date of birth, zip code, house number, and the last four digits of your bank account number in a private message? I will immediately look into it for you.

In case the accounts are registered in different names, connecting the accounts is not possible. You will have to register with two different e-mail addresses.
