I have been client of T-Mobile since last December.
The experience so far has been terrible. Initially there was a problem with connecting to the network because settings on the side of T-mobile were not set so that the monteur could make the overstap.
We have to stay for 3 days without internet in the middle of Christmas holidays because of this.
Then there was a problem with the TV box, another monteur came and told us that the TV Box was problematic. We ordered a new TV box and it was not working as well.
Now, for the 3rd time another monteur came, the TV Box works, and the problem was again in the settings of T-mobile network.
Now after all these months with problems, another issue starts. The discount of the 10EUR for 6 months as agreed in our contract for the T-Mobile TV is not included, so instead of paying 35 EUR per month, we ended up paying 45 EUR per month.
It is impossible to spend so much time in calling back and forth and at the end things do not work properly. I really start to miss the service and efficiency of our previous provider.
Please make sure to charge me according to the contract we have signed or otherwise I need to go to ACM to complaint for your service and for not keeping your contractual obligations.
