Subscription does not show up!

Hi, today my internet has started and I would like to use activate my TV by using the App.

However, if I login to my odido, it does not show any subscription. Also, I tried to add the subscription, but it does give me an error message.

I'm happy to help you with this. I immediately went to check for you and see that your Internet + TV subscription is already linked. It is linked to this email address: **************.lee@gmail.com. If you log in to that, you will be able to view your subscription. If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know!
