Unable to add Home internet to Odido Account

I switched from my Tele2 to an Odido account when the switch occurred. Recently, I switched from Ziggo to Odido Fibre for my internet and I am in an impossibility to add my internet account. It shows up for Customer Benefit but as a separate item in my account. I thought it was because my internet had not been installed and activated, but I have been using it for a few days now and nothing changed.

Hello @mrguppy02 

Via the button abonnement/prepaid toevoegen you can add your home subscription in your Odido account along with your mobile subscription.

Make sure both subscriptions are on the same name otherwise you'll need to create another account for your home subscription.

If you get an error while linking home, what does it say?

They are under the same name, and the error is just a generic try again later error @Waqqas

Have you tried using another browser or via app?

@Waqqas I tried using the app, Safari on Mac, Edge and Firefox, so all browser engines I could think of
