Where can I find mijn factuuren?

Hi everyone,

 

When I’m using my link to check my factuur (https://www.odido.nl/my/thuis/facturen) I end up on an empty page, even though I’m logged in.

This has been the case for a couple of months now.

What can I do to access my factuuren on desktop?

Hi @Tommie van Odido - this has been 2 months and still the same problem.

Can you please at least send me my latest factuuren directly on my mailbox?

Hi @ClemAlmere, good that you are sounding the alarm for this.

We are aware of this and are working to resolve it as soon as possible.  

Chrome and Firefox are giving me the same result … The Dashboard page blinks briefly and I get the error message.

Normally your subscription should be visible straight sway, maybe try another browser or via another account.

Via bestaand abonnement toevoegen you'll have to link your subscription first ✅

Hello @ClemAlmere 

When you log in on your Odido account can you see your subscription and can you acces the WiFi settings etc?
