I lost internet connection around 14:15 (Leiden). I called the client service and they confirmed that there was an issue. 

then I received an email saying that the issue was solved (15:20) but that’s clearly not the case. I still don't have internet even after unplugging and restarting the modem.

Is the issue related the the issue in Den Haag?

Did you only restart the modem or the media converter as well? Which lights are on?

Edit: You could try to restart now. I understand the issue in The Hague has been solved. You could check if it is related and  fixed now.

I do not have a media converter ( I only have internet). The WAN and Internet LEDs were off, WIFI and LAN connection on.

It seems to be fixed now. I guess it was related to the Den Haag issue.
