Hello, is there a problem with the internet in Lelystad. Since this morning we do not have internet.

Hello @jconce 

Do you have a glasvezel or DSL connection?

Suddenly the signal fell away? Does it help to remove the mediaconverter and/or modem from the power for a few minutes?

Are all wires connected firmly?

Also you could check your T-mobile thuis account under actuele storingen, maybe there is some maintenance going on on the KPN network.

We have fibreglass connection. I already switched off the router and checked all the cables. On the TMobile Thuis is no current issue at my address.

I have changed the ethernet to the WAN connection instead of LAN and now there is internet, however only on the laptops and mobiles. The TV is connected to the WIFI but without connection

Do you have a draytek modem or Huawei/Zyxel? In that case try removing the power from the mediaconverter (black box) probably in your fusebox.

Network cable from the mediaconverter goes in the wan port.
