I ordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max in blue because the automatic color was selected. but I wanted to buy Black titanium. I noticed it after I paid. It's been 10 minutes since I placed the order. How can I change the phone color in my order?

That is not possible. Check the confirmation email how to cancel your order. Once that is done, you can start a new order with a different color.
