Mistake in invoice

I cancelled my Tele2 subscription before Tele2 became Odido and I already paid my “Schadevergoeding abonnement”.

Recently after becoming Odido I received a new invoice that includes the same amount I already paid. I am currently outside the Netherlands and I cannot call Odido. I could not even find and email address which I can use to contact Odido. Additionally chat with service does not connect me with an agent.

Any ideas?

I would like to look into this. Can you send me a private message with the 06-number it regards, name, birth-date, address and the last 4 numbers of your IBAN? I will check the status and give you an update.
